Visited Foras last week to try and choose some flagstones for our new-build. The lady who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and she offered me some great advice.
Fab customer service – I would definitely recommend a trip to their huge, well stocked showroom.

We purchased a mix of both sizes of the Elisa Bianco Italian Porcelain Tile for our Lounge and used them for both the floor and skirting.
Kellie and Kim gave excellent customer service, both on site at the Burnham showroom, also with Kellie via several emails.
These were actually purchased at the end of 2016, then installed shortly afterwards by our builder. Now 18 months forward, they are still looking as good as the day they were installed.
Extremely hard wearing and have a great texture particularly with the matt finish, they look very natural.
I would definitely recommend both the tiles and the supplier – Foras.

In July 2014 an oil leak was discovered emanating from an AGA in the kitchen which required extensive floor restoration.
We fortunately got FORAS involved as part of the insurance claim and without their input, ensuring that timescales were met it would have dragged on for much longer.
We are delighted with the flooring and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service provided, through what was for us a most difficult and stressful time.
We are very grateful.
