Product details
Hollander Soul is a 20mm rectified Italian porcelain tile with the appearance of reclaimed wood suitable for internal and external projects.
Due to its ease of maintenance and hard-wearing nature it works equally well in a domestic or commercial setting.
With its warm mocha tones, it is warm in appearance and the surface is so akin to real wood you need to touch it be sure.
The rich and creamy colours vary throughout the batch which adds to the authenticity, if you require cooler tones ask us for Hollander Grey.
This 20mm tile can be laid on a wet bed of sand and cement, or even straight on sand, gravel or grass, making it a very cost-effective product when compared with a genuine hard wood.
Hollander Soul is ideal for use around a swimming pool or even on a roof terrace when used with a pedestal fixing system.
We believe it’s one of the best 20mm wood effect tiles we have seen.

Please Note: Due to production methods used, slight shade and dimensional variation should be expected between tile batches. Please ensure all quantities ordered are confirmed by either yourself, your tiler or builder.

Delivery
Pallet Delivery
Pallet deliveries will be charged at £50.00 per pallet. If your order needs to be delivered on more that one pallet we will contact you once we receive your order to discuss any additional charges that may be applicable.
Pallet Delivery Lead Times
Standard UK Pallet deliveries are between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and will usually take between 7 – 21 working days subject to stock availability, please contact us for more information.

After placing your order, FORAS will contact you to agree a delivery date via email or telephone.
Courier Delivery Lead Times
Courier deliveries are between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and will usually take between 3 – 5 working days subject to stock availability. Fenwick and Tilbrook Paint orders received by 10am will be delivered the next working day.
UK Postcode Restrictions and Costs
We deliver to most UK postcodes, deliveries for Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and parts of Scotland are booked via prior arrangement and subject to additional cost. Pallet deliveries may need to be extended subject to postcode, FORAS will contact you direct if this applies to your postcode.
